I mean, I hope you love it. But if something’s gone wrong, damaged in the post or print quality issue, drop me a message within 14 days of receiving it.
I’ll do my best to put it right.
Just be aware:
I can’t accept returns for digital downloads (once it’s downloaded, it’s yours for life)
Custom or personalised orders can’t be refunded unless faulty
That said, if you’ve got a problem, email me and I’ll try to sort it fairly.

Take a photo of the damage and the packaging, and email me at gav@ruffdraft.studio within 7 days of delivery.
I’ll sort out a replacement or refund, whatever makes most sense. -

Prints are shipped in protective packaging, either flat or rolled in a sturdy tube depending on the size.
I work with professional printers to make sure your art arrives looking lush. -
UK orders: around 5–7 working days
International: give it 10–14 working days, depending on your location
