  • I mean, I hope you love it. But if something’s gone wrong, damaged in the post or print quality issue, drop me a message within 14 days of receiving it.

    I’ll do my best to put it right.

    Just be aware:

    • I can’t accept returns for digital downloads (once it’s downloaded, it’s yours for life)

    • Custom or personalised orders can’t be refunded unless faulty

    That said, if you’ve got a problem, email me and I’ll try to sort it fairly.

  • Take a photo of the damage and the packaging, and email me at gav@ruffdraft.studio within 7 days of delivery.

    I’ll sort out a replacement or refund, whatever makes most sense.

  • Sure, as long as I haven’t already shipped it.
    Email me ASAP if you’ve changed your mind.

  • Prints are shipped in protective packaging, either flat or rolled in a sturdy tube depending on the size.
    I work with professional printers to make sure your art arrives looking lush.

    • UK orders: around 5–7 working days

    • International: give it 10–14 working days, depending on your location

    I’ll send you a confirmation when your order’s on its way.

This store’s small. It’s personal. Every photo was taken with care, printed with intention, and sent with love.

I want you to be happy with what you receive, but more than that, I want you to feel like you’ve brought a little bit of story, light, and memory into your home.
