Returns & Refunds

All fine art prints and digital downloads are made to order and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Because of this, I don’t offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I’ll gladly work with you to sort a replacement or refund where needed.

Digital Downloads – No Refunds Policy

All digital downloads are delivered instantly, which means you get the goods the moment you click "Buy." Because of the nature of digital products, once they’re downloaded, they can’t be returned, so I don’t offer refunds or exchanges on these items.

So please make sure you’re happy with what you’re purchasing before you check out. I do my best to describe everything clearly, but if you’re ever unsure, just drop me a message before buying. I’m always happy to help.

This isn’t about being awkward, it’s about being fair. Once it’s out in the wild, it’s yours to keep.

Shipping Terms

Shipping costs are based on the number of prints in your order:

  • 1–2 prints: £5

  • 3–4 prints: £10

  • 5 or more: Free shipping

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Evri, depending on size and location. I aim to dispatch within 5 business days. You’ll receive a notification when your order is on the way.

For custom requests or rush orders, drop me a message before checking out.

Terms of Service

By placing an order through this store, you agree to:

  • Use all items for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Respect the copyright of all photography and text (that means no reproducing, reselling, or AI-training shenanigans).

  • Allow Ruff Draft Studio to contact you about your order if needed.

All artwork, designs, words and sass remain the intellectual property of Gavin at Ruff Draft Studio. You may share, tag, and gush, but please don’t steal.

Privacy Policy

I only collect the personal information necessary to process your order and keep you informed (name, email, address). If you subscribe to my newsletter, you’ll receive the occasional update or freebie, but you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your data is not sold, shared, or used for anything shady. That’s a promise.
